We are seeking a self-thinking individual to work alongside our operations managers and provide reliable office support.
Role Description As a full-time office administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the day-to-day operation of our office.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to managing and organizing accounts payable, credit card reconciliation, general emails, incoming and outgoing mail, incoming calls, and the first to greet visitors.
You will also maintain a portion of the invoicing of customers, which includes paying attention to critical information per customer requirements, and proofreading daily project notes to transpose them into a detailed customer job report with efficiency.
Additional tasks are obtaining requested certificates of insurance, organizing waste manifest, and fleet fuel logs.

Qualifications - Strong organization skills and detail-oriented - Ability to prioritize with the flexibility to handle priority changes - Self-Thinker with keen problem-solving skills - Excellent written communication and data entry accuracy - Exceptional computer skills and a quick ability to learn new programs - Proficient in Microsoft Office, G-Suites, and QuickBooks Online - Positive attitude with self and others - Communicate well in a team-oriented environment - Acceptance of feedback and constructive criticism - Experience having multiple responsibilities is a plus - Experience with a service company is a plus - Basic accounting experience (5 years preferred) If you meet or exceed the requirements for this position, we encourage you to apply.
