Summary:
In this important position, you manage customer queries and orders.
You will process orders, modifications, and escalate client requests across a number of internal and external communication channels.
To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when required to multi-task, customers are frustrated, and vendors are not producing per the expectations set forth.
Must possess excellent phone and computer skills.
Essential Functions:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Acknowledging and resolving customer issues.
Knowing and thoroughly understanding the service offerings.
Service offers administered by this position include work-related physicals, drug screen reports, & lab results Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests with a high degree of accuracy and within established service levels.
The ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Effective communication and coordination with colleagues.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and recommending process improvements.
Focus on accuracy and completion of tasks in a timely manner.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and ability to learn internal customer management software.
Customer service focus Regular onsite attendance.
Education and
Experience:
Associate's degree in business, or closely related business major.
1 year of customer service experience Experience with Microsoft Teams preferable This job is not eligible for remote work.
