Kitchen with a coffee bar Monthly Company Lunches Customer Service Representative Duties Include:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement - Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate - Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records - Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries or promotions Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong customer service skills with the ability to empathize and resolve issues effectively - Proficient in data entry with attention to detail - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Experience with upselling or sales is a plus We offer competitive pay and benefits package for this full-time position.
