Duties - Perform various clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of the office - Assist with data entry, including inputting and updating information in databases - Process and track orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery - Provide general office support, including organizing files and maintaining supplies - Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person - Assist with customer service inquiries and provide information or assistance as needed Skills - Knowledge of Outlook, QuickBooks, Excel and Word helpful - Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail - Knowledge of order entry processes and ability to manage orders efficiently - Familiarity with general office management tasks, such as organizing files and maintaining supplies - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively - Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle incoming calls professionally Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties or skills required for the position.
