9 Griffith, IN Griffith, IN Full-time Full-time $75,000 - $85,000 a year $75,000 - $85,000 a year Bulkmatic is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting experience from developing job descriptions, posting open positions, talent sourcing, attracting candidates, interviewing and assisting applicants through the hiring and on-boarding process.
In this position, you will source applicants for a variety of office and skilled labor positions.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ideal candidate is a detail oriented, self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
This position is located at our corporate office in Griffith, IN.
Primary Job Duties and Expectations:
Identify and attract candidates for all Non-Driver positions through the use of various sourcing methods such as Social Media, Job Boards, Employee Referrals, etc.
Collaborate with managers to identify hiring needs and collect job related information.
Produce and circulate marketing materials information including job descriptions and job posting.
Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure an efficient hiring process.
Screen resumes and/or interview candidates for fit, technical ability, experience, skills and aptitude.
Run necessary background investigation reports Including all VOEs (Verification of Employment) from applicant's previous positions.
Monitor applicant status and enter updates into the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Represent and promote Bulkmatic at career fairs Additional
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate list of open positions Update position details when necessary Monitor application flow and communicate area of high needs to the Recruiting Department.
Assist with additional HR/ Safety Department duties as needed Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Strong Computer Skills including Microsoft Office.
Previous experience with an ATS system preferred.
Professional written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Self motivated to complete tasks in a timely manner Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Job Type:
