Scheduling calls that are received and dispatching the service technicians to the appropriate customer locations.
Dispatching Service Department Technicians on a daily basis.
Scheduling, daily, weekly or monthly customers maintenance appointments Answering multi-line phones and assisting technicians and customers with information Ability to multi-task Detail oriented Provide excellent customer service Ability to handle the daily pressure to deliver results in a productive environment Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to problem solve Prioritize daily tasks and time sensitive information Primary Job Function:
Maintain computer-based dispatch board Dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed.
Schedule return trips with customers as parts arrive Maintain the on-call schedule for service technicians.
Maintain customer database with current information.
Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees and company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times Coordinate delays in schedules with both customers and technicians Respond to all calls that were ran overnight Required
Qualifications:

years of scheduling / dispatching experience Must be detail oriented and have a personal passion for accuracy Team player who can work independently Strong interpersonal skills Energetic personality Well organized and able to work independently Ability to multi-task Organized Geographical knowledge of service area Knowledge of industry is recommended but not required Computer skills High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Two years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience Reliable transportation Nice to have:
Knowledge of the refrigeration business Knowledge of dESCO / Field Edge software Work Hours:
