Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sandblasting, and masking as necessary - Apply paint and coatings using various techniques such as airless paint spraying - Ensure proper mixing of paint formulas - Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment - Maintain and clean painting equipment - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines - Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications Requirements:
- Previous experience in industrial painting preferred - Familiarity with paint processes and equipment - Ability to operate a forklift for lifting and positioning large objects - Knowledge of sandblasting is a plus - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Proficient in basic math calculations for measuring and mixing paint quantities - Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and physical demands Note:
