Responsibilities:
Assist in Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Manage the front desk, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries Ensure compliance with company policies and procedure Ensuring Servicing customer concerns are routed and handled appropriately Communication with other departments and regional offices Assist in Generating and maintaining Rental paperwork and status Assist in Generating billing for all Rentals, Repairs, and Part Sales Assist in Generating, Reviewing and completing Purchase Orders for Accounts Payable Assist in Maintaining a range of paper and electronic files
Qualifications:
- General Computer understanding and use of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office - Organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work well in a team environment Job Type:
